IMOLA. Cefla Finishing announces a two-venue trip to Nuremberg where, from 16 to 19 March 2016, it will be exhibiting simultaneously at the biennial Holz-Handwerk and Fensterbau Frontale fairs. The first is dedicated to small woodworking businesses while the second is aimed at manufacturers of windows, doors and plastic or PVC facades. This dual event is expected to attract 100,000 specialised visitors who will enjoy a unique opportunity to see and find out more about the characteristics and advantages of the solutions showcased by Cefla Finishing, the world’s leading coating and decoration technology provider.
“It’s going to be an excellent occasion – says Roberto Bolognini, Sales Director of Cefla Finishing -, to show the opportunities our most recent technology, the result of an in-depth understanding of these industries’ production and management requirements, offers those producers with efficiency, flexibility, customer satisfaction, quality of the workplace and respect for the environment at heart. All values that we identify with and which guide our daily research and development”.
At Holz-Handwerk, Cefla Finishing will be at stand 11.0-114, where there will be a demonstration of the iGiotto by Falcioni: this system incorporates the very best coating solutions with a high performance anthropomorphous robot, specially designed so it can also work on large pieces such as door and window frames or items requiring the application of thick, longer-lasting coats. Moreover, the system ensures outstanding versatility and optimal consumption control thanks also to automatically optimised operative trajectories. Cefla Finishing will, again at Holz-Handwerk, also be presenting the Smartparquet line by Sorbini for the application of natural and urethane oils, UV oils and paints, traditional waxes plus colours and pigmented products. This advanced solution lets users manage machine composition with ease, setting it up according to the work cycles while also allowing product recovery at the end of processing.
At Fensterbau Frontale, instead, Cefla Finishing will be present with Düspohl brand technology at stand 3-441. The star of the show will be Robowrap, the innovative plastic and metal profile lining solution that significantly reduces processing times with respect to conventional systems. Robowrap uses a laser scan lasting just a few seconds to map the geometry and position of the pieces, and independently sets up the robot arms with the required processing instruments. This system is perfect for small made-to-order lots, thanks also to the very low set-up time (a profile changeover can be completed in just two minutes).
